Using MRIQC on the SCC

MRIQC extracts no-reference image quality metrics (IQMs) from structural (T1w and T2w) and functional MRI data and renders them into visual reports, so that you can screen your data before committing to a full preprocessing pipeline.

This guide covers running MRIQC on Boston University's Shared Computing Cluster (SCC). It documents MRIQC 24.0.0.

MRIQC requires a BIDS-valid dataset as input.
