Benchmarking recon-all
The bert subject used in testing is the Freesurfer example subject provided in each installment. The image is an MPRAGE of a young healthy adult with nearly perfect tissue contrast at 1.5T with 1mm isotropic voxels. Keep in mind that your images, depending on subjects' brain anatomy and your acquisition parameters, will significantly influence the processing time. For example, subjects with intracereberal hemorrhages, lesions, white matter hyper-intensities, and older patients with cortical thinning and enlarged ventricles will likely increase the runtime. Similarly, sub-millimeter resolutions and 7T images will increase runtime.
